At Jenector S.A. (hereinafter "Jenector", "we") we respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Personal Data Protection Law (LOPDP) and its regulations in force in 2026.
2. Data we collect
Identification data (first names, surnames, ID/RUC, date of birth), contact data (email, phone), financial data required to operate (bank account, platform loan history), and technical data (IP, device, cookies).
3. Purpose of processing
Register your account, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, execute loan agreements, process interest payments, issue electronic receipts before SRI, send commercial communications when you authorise them, and produce aggregated statistics of the service.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on contract execution, compliance with legal obligations (LOPDP, Companies Law, Anti-Money-Laundering Law) and, for marketing communications, your explicit consent.
5. Retention
We keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 10 years after, the minimum period required by Ecuadorian regulations for financial operations.
6. Recipients
We share data only with: entities of the Ecuadorian financial system to process payments, competent authorities (SCVS, SRI, UAFE) when the law requires it, and technology providers under a signed data-processing agreement.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions by writing to dpo@jenector.com. You may also file a complaint before Ecuador's Superintendence of Personal Data Protection.
8. International transfers
If we use providers outside Ecuador, we require standard contractual clauses approved by the Ecuadorian data protection authority or equivalent certifications.
9. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, mandatory multi-factor authentication, and annual independent security audits.
10. Changes
Any material modification will be notified to the registered email at least 15 days in advance.
