These Terms & Conditions govern the use of jenector.com and the services offered by Jenector S.A., an Ecuadorian public limited company with RUC 1793100000001, domiciled in Quito, Ecuador.
2. Purpose of the service
Jenector operates a crowdlending technology platform that connects investors with real estate developers. Jenector is NOT a financial entity and does not guarantee returns.
3. User requirements
Be over 18 years old, hold a valid Ecuadorian ID or RUC, pass the KYC/AML process, and have a bank account in the Ecuadorian financial system.
4. Risks
Real estate crowdlending involves credit risk (developer default), liquidity risk (inability to withdraw capital before maturity), and market risk (variation in the value of the property). Past returns do not guarantee future results.
5. Fees
Registration: $0. Minimum investment: $50 USD per operation. Management fee: 1% annual on active balance, already deducted from the net rate communicated to the investor.
6. Intellectual property
All content (texts, images, trademarks, software) is the property of Jenector S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Ecuador's Intellectual Property Law.
7. Limitation of liability
Jenector is liable for wilful misconduct or gross negligence in the operation of the platform. It is not liable for events of force majeure, autonomous decisions of the user, or developer defaults beyond the agreed foreclosure process.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the mediators of the Quito Chamber of Commerce's Arbitration and Mediation Centre and, otherwise, to the competent courts of the Metropolitan District of Quito.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms by notice via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance.
